At Carry Maternity, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your new wardrobe; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer returns or exchanges on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location across the country.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
